It's a Shore Thing

In case you are thinking of planning a beach wedding or want the feel of a destination affair without the hassle, look no further! Congress Hall is the place to be. Located in Cape May, NJ only a two-hour drive from Philadelphia, the wonderful beachfront property provides an amazing atmosphere for your event. The hotel has all of its historic charm with the twist of modern style. Not only does it offer a unique ballroom and ceremony space near the ocean, it also has the Boiler Room, a jazz lounge & bar, located on the basement level of the hotel. So even though your affair has ended the party does not have to stop. Check out the photos below from their website…..

Health & Beauty

Planning a wedding can be pretty stressful! Not only are you worried about how the wedding will look, you are also focused on looking your best. While looking for a fitness routine to get myself into my best wedding dress body, I came across Urbanfront Pilates. It was recently voted Best of Philly 2007 and it will get you thinking clearly while also whipping you into shape.

Inspiring color pallets

It seems like one of the toughest things about planning a wedding is trying to choose the color pallet that will convey your design sense and what you are trying to say. I know from my own experience choosing those special colors has been a real challenge! There are so many fun combinations to choose from but we all what something unique that sets the tone for our wedding. So while looking through the wonderful pages of Martha Stewart Weddings and many other lovely wedding publications, I have also turned to my favorite home magazines and retail catalogues, that's when things really started to click. The Domino website is full of fun color pallets that are a little different then the norm and will inspire you to combine colors you may not of thought to before.

Follow Up:::Engagement Party

We had such an amazing time at the engagement party at the Kimmel Center! From the food to the music and the flowers, everything was perfect and I owe a huge thank you to all of the vendors that helped to create such a memorable night for Jesse and I. I know I promised photos from the party and I received them today, so here is a look......
