Marie Antoinette Inspired

I love the movie Marie Antoinette with Kirsten Dunst! I was watching it yesterday and was totally inspired by the color palette and fabrics used to create the costumes and also to create the set design. In case you haven't seen the movie, I have added a few photos below.....hope you enjoy!

The Queen of Cakes

We are so excited to be working with Sylvia Weinstock on an upcoming wedding! She has created a cake for our bride, taking inspirations from her wedding dress and also including the bride's favorite flower, a peony. Thus naming the cake "Peony and Lace". We can't wait to see it and then show it to all of you! Once the photos are complete we will be sure to share them, but in the meantime, enjoy the beautiful photos of past creations by Sylvia.

Engagement Portraits with Marie Labbancz

Hey Everyone! This past weekend Jesse and I spent Sunday with our wedding photographer Marie Labbancz from Art of Love Photography taking engagement photos and scouting out places for photos on the day of the wedding. Innove Update

Hey Everyone, Sorry to be away for a little while. We have been busy bees at Innove, lots of things to do! The wedding season is upon us and we are excited to kick it off this weekend with an April 19th wedding at Sherman Mills. I can't wait to set it up and start the pictures rolling on the blog. Nancy Saam Floral Design

Hey eveyone! Sorry for the delay with a new post. I have been busy working on my wedding plans and also working on upcoming events and stationery projects, but we are back and you can except to see a new posts all the time! :)

I wanted to introduce you to the florist who I will be working with for my wedding. Her name is Nancy Saam and she recently launched her website and blog! Inspiring color pallets

It seems like one of the toughest things about planning a wedding is trying to choose the color pallet that will convey your design sense and what you are trying to say. I know from my own experience choosing those special colors has been a real challenge! There are so many fun combinations to choose from but we all what something unique that sets the tone for our wedding. So while looking through the wonderful pages of Martha Stewart Weddings and many other lovely wedding publications, I have also turned to my favorite home magazines and retail catalogues, that's when things really started to click. The Domino website is full of fun color pallets that are a little different then the norm and will inspire you to combine colors you may not of thought to before.
